Ever Heard of This Brand?

Guys,
In a recent batch I purchased I got this frame locking knife called Polar Ice. I have looked everywhere I have to look and can find nothing on it.
It seems to be a well made knife and certainly in an attractive box. Anyone ever heard of it? Know anything about it?
Is it a China knife?

Ray those knives were made by Mantis. They said with some U.S. parts but didn't specify what. Might just be the thumb stud LOL. I think the handles were titanium, sold new for around $130 to $150ish. Damascus bladed ones went for a bit more.

My rule of thumb is if a knife is newer than 1890 and no country is stamped or etched into the blade, it was made in China or Pakistan, most likely China, since Pakistan makers seem to be proud enough of even their crappy knives.
This will be a problem as long as US Customs considers a sticky label satisfactory COO labeling.

That's a good rule, Z.

Z, I go by that same rule, it is not 100% guarantee but them there odds sure seem to favor it
