First of all, let me welcome you to AAPK. Glad to have you.

As for the knife, the only thing I can say is, to me the fork makes it look really old. Like draw a big circle around 1900, old. I don't recognize that tang stamp but maybe someone else will. Good luck

Welcome to AAPK glad your here , the can opener on you knife is pre 1944 , after 1944 Imperial made the safety can opener which is what you will find on knives except Swiss Army today , I would agree with Jerry 1900s , cool find

Long shot guess at eastern Europe or maybe Turkish, near east. It's old enough that the dermestid ("carpet") beetles have eaten the horn scales. Neat old piece. J.O'.
