Bolster lock folding fish knife, that has to be rare. Very cool, thanks for posting.

Nice knife.
Be aware of the unsupported bone at the liner lock mechanism.
My number stamp is almost as good as yours.
Somehow your handle looks slimmer than mine.

Thanks for the unsupported bone pointer. I will be careful with it. What is the approximate age and value if anyone has a guess?

Definitely pre-WWII.
I’ve never seen the patent on the locking mechanism, but Robeson almost surely held it via their inhouse mechanical genius James Lewis. ( I think that’s the correct name. I’ll research it)
That would give ys a start date for these types of knives. There were, roughly, about a half dozen different patterns, mostly English of varying sizes and handle materials, the fish knife and a toothpick.
There is toothpick on Ebay now, but the lick is missing.
I generally consider these knives to be from the 1930’s.
