Who made this Scout knife?

Hi Folks,

Can anyone tell by looking at the bones & shield on this unstamped Scout type folder who the maker of it was? ::shrug:: Time frame & value would also be interesting if you know that too. ::tu::

Appreciate your input. ::nod:: ::tu::

Just spitballin here....steel scale rivets likely means pre"55..the scale puts me in mind of my oldest Ulster

Looks foreign made to me , probably German . Value 20-30 bucks IMO .

With the brass liners and the style of can opener I would say before WWII in 1944 the safety can opener was invented. looks like Ulster brand knife to me just my guess. ::drool::
