Recently received a knife in a group from an estate sale. I regularly buy in estate sales and get some surprises from time to time. The majority i can find information about on this site and others however this particular tang stamp i have not been able to find.

The knife is a 3 blade Stockman style
"PREMIUM STOCK KNIFE" stamped in the main blade. Not Etched - stamped.
Unusual tang stamp of what appears to be a winged crown. (see picture)
Back of blade is stamped MADE IN GERMANY.

Any help with identifying would be muchly appreciated.

I think that is the Olbertz stamp. Not sure but worth checking out.
