I know that some of our stores here carry them. Hope this helps. Don't think they have a web site in that the original maker is no longer making them.

Tonya Hinch runs an ad in KNIFE WORLD for Col. Coon knives. Try contacting her.
Camillus made parts for Adrian Harris, who owned Tennessee Knife Works that made the Col. Coon brand. I believe Colonial also made parts for Mr. Harris.
I have several Col. Coon knives in my collection that I received from Mr. Harris in the 1980's.

A few current production ==> http://www.collectorknives.net/other.html

SMKW has them produced so they should have a selection. A couple other dealers sometime have a few patterns.

Also, periodically have some originals but they are getting very hard to scrounge up...

Talk about frothing at the mouth.. I know an old knife fart (seems like after 65 all knife collectors turn into old farts) that has a stag trapper and large congress. Story was that both were less than 5 made and Adrian didn't want to mess with them. Originally bought by a friend that would go pick out the stag for his own knives. Same place I picked up the congress Jim speaks of. Sweethearts for sure... I have tried for 3 years to find something he wanted worse than those two knives....... no such luck.
