Model number for WESTERN Bowie

Can someone please help me with the model number of this WESTERN sheath knife. I don't see a model number anywhere.

As I stated in your other thread, it is a Western W46-8. Can't give a specific year or range of years it was made without a clear picture of the mark side ricasso.

Thank you. I now see that some of them had the model number. Mine is only marked WESTERN over USA.

Then that would be a 1973 to 1976 version. Reference to BOULDER, COLO. in the stamps ended in 1972 and date code letters were added starting in 1977.
