I can’t seem to find any information on this knife of even the brand. Thought I would each out to see if anyone know anything about it.

With a little bit of Googling I have found that Agostino Tavella was a knife company in Mainago, Italy in the 1950's and 60's. They might have been in business before or after that as well - there is not a lot of information online, and I found nothing in Goins or Levine's 4th. Levine's mentions that Maniago principly made knives for export.
The shape of the backside of the blade reminds me of an ink eraser (which would make it older than the aforementioned dates), or possibly a floral or budding knife.
I am only guessing, so hopefully someone else will come along soon with better information.
It looks like a very cool knife - I would have picked it up as well, given the chance!

Thanks for the quick response. I buy and sell knives as a hobby and sometimes get stump on one. Appreciate your I formation.

It's a budding/grafting knife.
