All About Pocket Knives

Is anyone familiar with this tang stamp. It is marked Solingen, Germany on the rear tang, A lot of the older German knives were pinned with steel pins as is this one. Quality is good, just don't know the maker.

I recently purchased a small stockman knife with that logo stamped and etched on the master clip blade. “HARDIN, Germany” stamped on the pile side of the blade.

It's a trademark for Freidrich Olbertz & Co.

Thanks so much, That makes sense as some of the 1st Bulldog Knives made at the Olbertz factory were pinned with steel pins as well. I sure appreciate the help.
