Do i have a terrier here? Can only make out the long topped T and ER above cutlery on the tang
Reverse has a couple dots aligned with the dog heads eyes.

Difficult to say from those photos.

I took another look at that first photo and even though it’s out of focus, I can see why you think it might be a Terrier by Robeson Cutlery Co.

Hard to judge its size, but it looks like a Robeson pattern to me.
