Real or Not

This is the only photos I have. Not my knife yet. The owner says it is made by Case. I have no idea or if’s it even a legit Winchester? Any help would be appreciated
He wants quite a bit for it. Thanks for your help.

I didn’t see one when I looked at it?? He said it was made by Case but I don’t think so.

Case had nothing to do with that knife.It may well be a genuine Winchester, but really can't tell from those blurry pictures. Winchesters had a pattern # on the back of the master blade.

Only thing that comes to mind is Winchester is made by Blue Grass Cutlery and possibly were some Case classics actually made by Blue Grass ? - Case as far as I know never "made" Winchester knives.
