All About Pocket Knives

I just can't seem to pass up on these Streamlines when the come up for sale and they all seem to have outgassing cell these days (1st pic is from the auction). This one definitely wasn't in the best shape (grinder marks on the clip). I recently discovered a bunch of burlap micarta I had totally forgotten about hiding in my stash of scale materials. So, I had to give it a shot. I probably am going try this material on a few more knives in the future. I have no idea why the previous owner removed only 1/2 of the mark side scale.

That's a really attractive material! And, of course, a great job on the work itself.

The burlap makes a great pattern, good job! That would look really nice on a sod buster.

I have some burlap and have considered making "my-carta" with it. I didn't realize that it could look that good or I might have already tried it!

I have never seen a "Streamline" knife except on good ol' AAPK.
It's a nice looking jack.
Herb has given this knife a new life. I like Micarta in all its stripes when it comes to refurbishing the covers.
It just isn't going anywhere and it's an obvious replacement.
