Who to Call?

I have a Vietnam era Western W49 Bowie knife with rosewood handles. I also have a very nice Sambar Stag Crown. Who would you folks suggest I call to replace the rosewood handles with the Sambar Stag Crown? I have seen some pictures online after it was done, and it looks great to me. Unfortunately, it doesn't say who did the work. Thanks for your suggestions.
