Basic Kitchen Knife Set

I purchased some 440C years ago and on my last birthday I decide to make myself a set of kitchen knives, nothing fancy just basic.
They do the job and hold an edge well.

Would love those as my kitchen knives, fantastic work. And, hold their edge, more important.

Jay it must be very satisfying to work in the kitchen using cutlery that you personally made.
