JOR Tang Stamp Question

I purchased this because I'm a sucker for unusual (to me, anyway) tang stamps. It's an interesting whittler, obviously been used and loved, but still has reasonably good snap all around. The main has quite a bit of wobble, but I think I'm going to keep it as it is.

But I can't figure out who "JOR" is. Any ideas? I suppose it could also be TOR...

Nice find Brent. ::tu:: Sorry I can’t help you with info on the maker. You’re lucky I didn’t see it first. I’m a sucker for gunstock whittlers.

I've seen only a few old Gunstock Whittlers and all were British. This knife is likely also from Britain. Great old knife !
