It’s a three blade, serpentine folding knife with yellow celluloid handles and a Federal shield.

Any further information can only come after you provide some details and better photos, preferably including some close-ups of the manufacturer’s markings on the base of the blades.

Looks like an Eye Brand stamp, single eye over GERMANY. Which would be the mark of manufacturer Carl Schlieper of Solingen, Germany. Some of the Eye Brand aficionados here may be able to tell you more but as Charlie said, better pictures in-focus close-ups of the stamp and any other markings will help.

Yes, better in focus pictures are needed. Hold the camera directly above the knife and have additional lighting to take away shadows. Holding the camera at an angle distorts the knife greatly. And clear close ups of the tang stamp will help others ID your knife.
