Veterine

This caught my eye this morning. From what I can find Veterine is from the Latin and means beast of burden. I suppose this is a fubar and the word veteran was supposed to be inscribed. Any other thoughts?

My daughter is an adult probation officer. One of her offenders had F&#K tattooed on his knuckles, it was mispelled. ftd

Well, according to one of the online translation services, "veterine" in Bosnian means veterinary services. I'm sure that's what was intended.
