? about a Primble 5386

HI I would like to get some info on the 3 blade stockman Dog leg (?) 5386 with a Star (Boker) Delrin Jigged on the tang, it states John Primble (small letters) Belknap HWD.& MFG.CO with John Primble Finest Steel on the main blade, the #86 does that mean it was made in 1986? It is in excellent shape never used. give me some heads up on this knife, I Thank You
