Roland will have his pancreatic surgery on Feb. 28. He plans to be back online by mid-March. Our continued prayers are greatly appreciated.

As one who has had over 50 surgeries, I can tell you the worst part about them usually is the uncertainty and dread leading up to the surgery. I'm sure that you will be in the hands of very capable and competent surgeons. I will be praying for your healing to the great physician. Not only is he healer and Redeemer but he also created us and knows us inside and out, quite literally.

Lord Jesus, we ask that you lay your healing hands on Roland and repair the damage caused to his body by the cancer. We know that you have power and authority over all things in heaven, on earth and under the earth, so you definitely have the power and the authority over this cancer! We ask Lord for a full and miraculous recovery for Roland and that you Lord would receive all the glory!

Thought I might bring this back up. Roland indicated in another thread that he woke up with swelling and abdomen pain, he sounded worried.

As you go thru this ordeal Roland, know that we are all with you. You are not alone. There are many here who love you and that is not too strong a word.

I just heard from Roland a few minutes ago. He is in a lot of pain and in decline. He is hoping it will all end soon. Kindly continue to support him with your prayers.

Heavenly Father, in all honesty Lord I don't know what to say at this moment. My heart is broken for Roland, his family and all that know him. I can only pray Lord that You give him peace without pain, comfort that allows rest and Your assurance Lord that we who know You have already achieved victory.
