Help with Smith & Wesson Knife and others?

Hi Guys. I hate asking for help with things like this, but knives are not something I have a lot of knowledge about. We just inherited a pretty large collection, by my standards, of about 3 dozen knives. A lot of them are Puma and I have identified all of those, except the Swiss army style. But a couple have proven really difficult to find much about. I would be grateful if anyone can help me figure out what model S&W this is and perhaps when it was made.
It has a Stag handle, with a round brass pommel on the end and the number 5708 on one side of the blade and Smith & Wesson on the top of the blade. It is pretty heavy and has a very rugged sheath, I do not know if it it the original one though. Also the back of the sheath has MC GRANN stamped on it.
The second one is minimally marked. It has D.R.G.M. with two crossed skeleton keys above that on one side of the blade and that is it. Also a stag handle.
I think it is German but that's about all I could find out. I did figure out that the crossed keys means that is may have been made by F.HERDERS A.S./ SOLINGEN, but cannot figure out when or what model this is.
The last one is a Bench Mark Tac-3 1st Prod Run "94. I have found the Tac-1 and Tac-2, But nothing on this Tac-3. It says Blackie Collins Designs on the back of the sheath and I'm curious why there is nothing out there about this knife that I have found thus far. I'm curious about this ones value compared to the I and II versions.
I've enclosed a pic of the Puma's as well, I guess a lot of folks collect those and though you may appreciate them. I'm in New Hampshire if anyone is local and interested. I also have several Mauser bayonets and G# bayonets, and several others.
