It's a nice 4 blade Congress, but only one blade is marked. Can someone identify the maker.

Looks German to me and similar in quality to the vintage Kissing Kranes.

Certainly looks like a Klass at first inspection. I checked all the reference material I have on German cutlery makers, including Anthony Carter's book, and could not find a match to what appears to be two doves, one with perhaps an olive branch. Will be interested if someone can unearth a match to the logo and reveal the maker.

Thanks to everyone. Looks like a positive ID for Robert Klaas

Mystery solved. Curious if anyone has any Robert Klaas reference material that indicates this stamping.
