Help identifying old lockback

Got this one a few weeks back. Trying to figure out who the manufacturer is. All I can see is ".... Cutlery Co." It's just slightly under 4 5/8" long when closed. The bolsters and liners appear to be iron and two-piece constructions, i.e. two bolsters, two liners, not integral. The bone handles both appear original, but one side is faded lighter than the other. Each handle slab has five pins, 3 larger and 2 smaller. The pins appear to be nickel silver.
I know a lot of older makers did these. I've personally always liked these single-blade lock backs with the tab-style release. This one doesn't stay locked anymore. My goal is to disassemble it and trace all the parts. In addition to making or finding a replacement blade for this one, I'd like to make one of my own from scratch someday.
Any ideas on who made this? Is it possibly a Challenge or Napanoch? Or some other defunct company? I don't think it's a Cattaraugus, but it does seem American-made.
