J. A. Henckels Pocket Knife - My First And Only, So Far(?)

This pocket knife arrived recently in a group of pocket knives that I bought. This particular pocket knife was NOT the target of my purchase. It is a J. A. HENCKELS, GERMANY, two blades (one broken), 2 1/2" closed, one(?) tang stamp, pocket knife. I don't know which blade is broken and which blade remains. I can't move the stub of the broken blade. If I had to guess and I have a 50-50 chance of guessing correctly, I'd say that the secondary blade is the broken blade. Overall, it is still in fairly good condition. It needed a little cleaning. I took some pictures and here it is.

It won't win any awards, but that is a neat little knife, Skip.
I may be wrong, but it looks to me like the broken blade is open. Someone may have opened it and ground the tang off even with the bolster. I did that recently on an old Western, and it is a quick way to make the knife useful again, and you hardly even notice that a blade is missing.
Much better than throwing one away!
