Hey guys! Is anyone besides me experiencing the scrolling banner at the top of the page starting and then freezing, starting and then freezing, etc.? Everything else is working normally, jus' the banner! Thx!

The banner is rollin' along here in the Florida Panhandle, no problems yet. Might be the cold weather up there in that foreign land.

Pretty frozen here too, about 8" of snow this morning.
But the scroll banner is doin' it's thing just fine....

I'm sooooo jealous of you right now, I've visited Florida and absolutely loved it, and I'm totally convinced that I should have been born down there! It's currently -30 degrees with blowing snow and windchill values of -50 here! Yikes!

Thanks for confirming that Dale! I just don't get it cuz everything else is operating as it should. Oh well, as long as it doesn't affect anything else I guess I can learn to live with it.

I've discovered that if your cursor is hovering over the banner, the banner can stop, speed up, even reverse direction.

That right there is your problem Marco, your electricity's frozen!
No wonder the banner is freezing up! I freeze up at a much warmer temperature than -50!

I've discovered that if your cursor is hovering over the banner, the banner can stop, speed up, even reverse direction.

I was aware of that little trick Steve, but thanks for the tip all the same! That's not what the problem is though, even if I hover my cursor over the banner it doesn't do anything, it just starts and stops at random. Right now as I'm typing this it's creeping along at about a millimeter at a time, and then will stop completely. If I move my cursor over it, it has no effect, jus' starts and stops as it wants to. It's certainly not something I can't live with, but I was trying to establish if the problem is with AAPK or on my end. Sure seems to be the latter! Thx agin'!

LOL! LOL! You're gonna have to join forces with all the other comedians here at AAPK Dale! I absolutely LOVE blistering hot weather and have always felt I should have been born in California or Florida, but, no such luck, I got the frozen tundra of Canada! !

I have had that happen to me once. I cleaned out my cache file and it went right back to scrolling normally. So, maybe try that and see if it helps.

I have had that happen to me once. I cleaned out my cache file and it went right back to scrolling normally. So, maybe try that and see if it helps.

I'm not terribly computer literate ~Q~, could you please provide simple instructions? Thx!
