This arrived very recently in a group of pocket knives that I bought. This particular pocket knife was NOT the target of my purchase. It is a UTICA JAPAN, 5921, one blade, four tools (includes the pick & the tweezers), 2 1/2" closed (not including the loop), two tang stamps, pocket knife. It did not need any cleaning. I took some pictures and here it is.

I vaguely recall in the late 1970's seeing a display of Utica knives that were all made in Japan. Utica I think found it difficult to compete against the more popular brands like Schrade and Camillus, and they evidently resorted to some outsourcing to offer a selection of knives at a lower price point.
