Info Collector "DELTA PUPPY"

Post by XBMX »

I'd like to find some information on this collector. Anybody remember or recognize the user name "Delta Puppy" thats all I recall from a sale I made to him 20 plus years ago. This was well before I got interested in auto's, and would love chatting with him a bit. Curiosity has gotten to me. Thanks for any help, cheers Rick

I know it's a long and tedious process, but have you thought of going through the "Member's" list? If the contact you made with him was 20 years ago I would suggest you start on the LAST page and work your way backward. I have found members using this method, but as I said it was long and tedious. Good luck! 8)

At the time I didn't belong to any forums or such and was a total novice on the net. I was lucky to stumble onto his web site which was headed Delta Puppy. Figured it might ring someone's bell.

I do remember him. He was out of Mississippi - Billy Cochrane.

He ran a website called vintageknives.com.

I have not heard from him in several years.

Thanks to all who replied, appears he's out of the sport. For shifts and giggles I sent a text to that phone, no reply yet. I had sold him a KaBar Lever Lock long ago that was my dad's and was interested in tracing it.

My dealings were equally favorable as well. Haven't gotten a response hope it's just that he gave up collecting.
