Have had these for a while, don't really know anything about them, found them at local gun shows. The one marked theSWITCHBLADE.com never appealed to me because of the marking. Both had to have adjustment to the button release. It was so tight it was almost impossible to push. Local gun repair friend did the adjustment and both work perfectly now.

Those are fairly rare birds you have there John, it's quite tough to find them in that size nowadays.

Are they 5mm blades and springs?

Very nice!

John! If you ever have trouble again with the stiff button try applying a drop of Quick Release oil into the catch-hole on the blade, and then fold it closed and hold it closed while you push the button a few times so that the catch-sear gets coated with oil. Once this is done the sear will slide out of the catch-hole smoother when you push the button to open.

Just found this info about the Campolin Family knife-makers, I thought it was interesting-
http://stiletto-italiano.com/eng/campolinfamily.htm
Also found a 3 blade Speed Hunter that I've been looking for at a decent price.

Thanks John, very interesting!

I believe that's the same site that I read about the way to spot a fake leverlock, which is, if the fastener on the metal strip that runs down the front cover is a fixed rivet then it's legit, if it's a screw it's a fake. Also, congrats on finding your Speed Hunter,

I know you've been looking for awhile!
