Odd tang stamp on Robt Klaas knife

I just bought this fish knife because of the tang stamp.
The mark side shows crossed branches (with acorns) and 2 x's on either side, and Solingen below.
The pile side has "Robert Klaas Germany"
I'm always looking at German knives on Ebay and other places, and have never seen anything like it.
I couldn't get a great pic of the mark side tang stamp, but I think you can make it out.
Anyone have any ideas?

I have no answer for you, but I will be interested in hearing the responses you get. I have a knife with the same tang stamp, but there is no maker's stamp, so I never knew that it was a Robert Klaas knife. I always thought they looked like two soup ladles...
No stamp at all on the other (broken) blade.

Thanks for the pics. I think you could be right, they do look like ladles.

Maybe crossed golf clubs? They look like they could be fairway woods or drivers to me. The attachment is from Goins (Robert Klaas entry in about the middle). Good luck!

Herb, I think you mentioned this on another thread a while back and I just forgot. If they're golf clubs, the hand grips sure are odd...but who knows.
I checked to see if they actually do much golfing in Germany, and it turns out golf is pretty big there. So, maybe Robert Klaas was a golfer?

I think that they could be golf clubs. Good catch!
Now maybe I can put the knife away.
Up until now it has been on my dresser with a magnifier beside it.
Ever so often, I pick it up and take another look.

I have collected a few Kissing Crane knives but have not seen that marking. Goins might have called them golf clubs because that is what it looked like to him.
The knife shows "ROBERTKLASS" as all one word. Knives i have seen have a space between the T and the K.
