One big knife

for those of you that do not get Knife World, "shame on you" here is a copy of the pic that was used for my article on the "World's largest Knife and Fork" Enjoy
This is Tint Champlin in Little Valley NY circa 1900's they hung over the door to the entrance of the plant from the office area at that the CAT plant for years. Read my article to learn more.
The picture is somewhat distorted though.
I use this as my screen saver. Imagine that?????

That's a very cool photo.
My copy of Knife World seems to come later than other's. Maybe they mail them out a few at a time alphabetically. Can't wait to see your story David, and find out if that set is still around.

That story came out a couple of issues back, right? Talked about how know one knew where that set was at now. Cool story. I was walking around for 2 days imagining I might find that set at a yard sale for $10!I recieved my FEB. Knife World yesterday, but never recieved the Jan. Anyway, GREAT story

Yes that story appear a couple issues ago. I still haven't located them yet though.

Dang, I've got to see that friend of mine with all the back issues.
I subscribed to Knife World on Pa.'s recommendation, and now I wish it was a weekly.
I sure hope you find it David, but never underestimate the sacrifices that were made for the materials drives of WWII
