All About Pocket Knives

I am fairly certain the tang is stamped "B.J Shoelson & CO Germany", but I can't find this manufacturer (or retailer) in any of my reference books. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Also, I assume the handle scales are celluloid ( I think the pattern is called "French Ivory", or "French Linen" or something like that), rather than ivory. Is that correct? Thanks for the help!

I think you are right on the handles Herb. Knife' is in good shape.
