All About Pocket Knives

Howdy friends, I was reaching out for some help in hopefully identifying this makers stamp. The knife isn't in hand as of yet, so here is the picture seller posted

The knife arrived today and I've taken a few more pictures in hopes that someone might be able to identify the maker.
O B ( 3 arrow points in the shape of half circle with line separation between letters and DDR
It has brass liners and pins, gator snap and some nice wood handles, although I'm not sure what type of wood
Should clean up nicely
Any help would be appreciated!

Some detective work turned up what the DDR possibly stands for:
Deutsche Demokratische Republik (DDR), often known in English as East Germany, existed from 1949 to 1990

Following the end of the Second World War, Germany was carved up, to be occupied by the US, UK, France and the Soviet Union. In 1949, the Deutsche Demokratische Republik (German Democratic Republic in English) was established in the Soviet-occupied eastern side of Germany.
DDR, as it was colloquially known, was effectively a satellite state of the Soviet Union, and as the westernmost edge of the Soviet bloc, became the focal point for Cold War tensions until its dissolution in 1990.

So, now that I have a country of origin, just need to figure out the maker's mark

Worked on cleaning it up a little, so here it is

Can't help with the stamp but that a pretty stout looking old knife!

I have seen quite a few German knives but i have not seen this marking.

Trail has gone cold so to speak as to the maker, but trying to research cutlers in a post communist run country turns out to be a little more complicated than expected lol...
Either way, it's a pretty neat knife
