Need Pocket Knife ID. Pen Knife, Blue MOP.

Hi ALL!
I found this Pocket Knife in a drawer. I can't make out the makers name. It does say Stainless. I'm guessing, but I think it says " RAMSTAN", I can make out clearly the TAN part. The rest is a guess. I don't really know anything about Pocket Knives, it's all a guess. It's 5 1/2" long with blade out, 3' Body. Blue Mother Of Pearl, with Brass fittings.
