Another old beauty comes to the light!
I can't quite make out the stamp on your prize but looking in some of the old Queen catalogs I did not see the #39 offered with a sheath. The fixed blades had sheaths as did some of the axes back in 1955 for example. Some sheaths were tooled and others plain. It appears the plain ones had a big "Q" logo stamped in the leather. I'll go out on a limb and say that sheath did not come with your knife. My opinion is base on my simple minded logic and is subject to being way off base. :)
