That looks like it is the first of the Two Dots that had three small handle pins. Earlier Two Dots had either two handle pins or the less common variation with four handle pins. Handle pins on later Two Dots were larger. I would guess sometime around 1976-1977.

I concur with Bert on the date range. One source says it could be as early as 74.
