BOKER USA Hatchet

Hello and thank you in advance.
I am in need of some assistance. I got this beauty, and have no idea of age. Also, did it have a matching knife? Is the sheath correct?

Hatchet was made by Western for Boker, don't know the date, probably 1950s-1960s. Sheath is original, and the two slots look like there was once a knife and sheath attached to it.
