All About Pocket Knives

Any ideas on the value? Works well, blade play when open.

Value is all over the map on these;that one looks like the blade is a bit short.Depends a lot on how badly someone wants it.

Would help to know more about the knife. Size closed, does it work as it should, does the safety work, is the blade tight when open and are the handles chip and crack free. It would be good to post pictures both sides with the knife open and closed.

Safety works, opens well (sometimes too fast, the blade rebounds some instead of locking). Has some movement all directions when open. I think the blade is near full size, the first pic I posted was at an angle that made it look very short.

I am just curious as to a rough idea of the value.

I bought one exactly like yours for 35 bucks but have seen them sell for up to 100 on a good day

As with any knife,depends on what the buyer wants to pay . As Wiseguy said,have found the same,25 to 50 bucks from a non knife person . Then the same knife from a reputable Auction site will bring 100 s . Most of them are cheap knifes ,not meant to last. The bounce back is common on the Colonials. The Shur Snap, Flylock and a few others bring more money.

Hi Texas Red, Randy here. The snappys usually came from the factory with a small bead chain attached. That is what the small hole near the rear pin is for. Happy collecting!
