I didn’t have to scroll too deep this morning to realize something wasn’t right with cakoceag874 as the last poster in many threads. After read 1 thread I realized this wasn’t one of us and their purpose wasn’t knives. I used my best AAPK Admin foo to figure out how to do it and voila he/she/it and their posts are now gone.

After someone has been banned, is it possible for them to re-join with a different user name?

totally possible Q but we are developing protocols that will help detect that such as IP Addresses and countries of origin but it’s a delicate balance determining who to grant membership to and who to deny.

In answer to the question from Q; it is possible to eliminate the IP address of the spammer and banned that address from being used again. There are a couple other parameters We use, though that I don't wish to disclose them to potential spammers by posting it in public.

Well played Tom, in what can be a thankless and unending task a times, good to see you getting lots of support in your new role. Scammers and trolls know no bounds and should be eradicated as soon as detected, i have cleaned that last thought up a bit. Hope everyone has a good weekend.

Thanks again guys …. In my excitement (along the lines of catching your first shoplifter) I wanted the AAPK community to share in my joy but the reality is that my colleagues and Bryan take actions like this often protecting our intellectual property.
