Identify this maker on a tiny puukko?

The lower word may be Rovaniemi. A city in Lapland, Finland where J. Marttiini knives are made. Other manufacturers may be located there as well. The sheath shape and moose engraving can be found on Marttiini knives as well, but may also be typically Finnish. Cool little moose knife.

Too much time searching the web has produced…. Nothing!
The animal is a reindeer and the handle, if bone, is likely reindeer too. It is so small one wonders about its intended use. I like it very much, but can offer little towards its origins. ::shrug::

There is a puuko site on Facebook;I'm sure they would be able to identify it. I have had several done there.
