Does an error stamp bring more or less money?

Speaking for myself, I wouldn't put a premium on it.

Thanks guys that’s what I thought, I was really just hoping it didn’t hurt the value. I know this is a 40s to 65 stamp but would you say this is green bone?

No increase in value. No it’s not green bone.

I don't think that that stamp is an error. I've seen many Case knives, especially pen knives, where the first two numerals of the pattern number were omitted. In this case the "62" of "62063" was left off, however, it's obvious that there are bone handles, "6" and two blades, "2". JMO

I agree, the stamp is intentional. ‘063S, is 62063 Stainless.
