I’ve had this in my collection for years. It’s 8-1/2” closed monster. I’m guessing this were made for elite dealers in the early 1980’s. I’ve honestly never seen another one come up for sale so I’m guessing not a lot of them were made? It’s got really nice stag and it’s built to the same level of finish of a regular pocket knife. Blades walk and talk and everything. Thought folks on here might like to see it. If anybody knows anything more about it I’d love to know. Oh that’s a 4-1/8” tapper for comparison

Huge knife ! I agree they likely only a very few of these were made.
A.G. Russell sold some large Muskrat/Moose pattern knives made by Schlieper in late 1980's or early 1990's. I believe they were 6" closed. I have owned a few of these and they seem too large to actually carry and use, but would look almost small next to your knife.
I have a Schlieper Sod Buster that is 8 1/4" closed. It feels more like a folding machete.
