Hey everyone, first time post. Just picked this beauty up, sadly it's kick spring is cracked. Was wondering if anyone could direct me to where I might be able to pick up a replacement kickspring and can anyone tell me if it's as easy as pulling the old one out and sliding a new one in or would I have to take the entire knife apart.. Tang is stamped inox, thats it, no other markings. I figure this is ither an old French, Italian or Spanish made lever . Any info would be appreciated

to your first post on AAPK! Bill DeShivs is usually on here and offers help with switch repairs. A couple other guys do switch repairs too, I'm sure one will be along soon.
You might want to try posting here too-

Welcome to AAPK. The best place to get a reply is probably the Knife Repair & Restoration subforum here
viewforum.php?f=37. There are several knife mechanics who might be able to help, might even make a new spring if they don’t have one. My recommendation would be to scan that forum for those who work on automatics, pick one or two and send them an email or PM requesting a quote.

Edit: looks like we were both typing at the same time - and gave the same advice.
