I've been to three county fairs and a goat milking contest but ain't never seen nothing like that.

Usually when you see "Solingen Steel" on a knife its a China made knife trying to convince the buyer it's made in Solingen, Germany. (But it isn't)

Handles appear to be cracked ice celluloid (aka Mother of Toilet Seat- Old insider knifer joke)

It's an interesting knife but not one I'd spend my kids inheritance on.

The KKK is usually a red flag that it's someone's idea of a fantasy knife.

The swedge grind on the spey blade looks to be one from a Pakistani knife I own. The steel pivot pin usually indicates a knife of German manufacture but I doubt seriously that one is.As for the KKK stamping, back in the 1980's there was a knife maker named Alex Collins who used to stamp his knives with KKK for Kollins Kustom Knives.Ironically Alex was of African-American descent!

Here is a picture of the knife I was referring to.Note the shape of the swedges on the blades. The handles are not original to the knife;I replaced them.
