WR Case Company

I know we read a lot of complaints about the business practices of U.S. companies so
I wanted to brighten your day and say this time WR Case did a extraordinary job
in handling my knife.

I have a Tuxedo from 2004 that lost it's shield. Case replaced it, buffed the bolsters,
and gave the knife edges a once over. It was packaged well in the mail. No charge!

p.s. I only asked for shield replacement.

Thanks for the info Bob. An example of what Case Repair service can do with a pattern that’s still in production.

I sent one in for a shield replacement a few years ago and had the same experience. Turn around then was about 3 weeks. I was extremely pleased with their service ::groove::
