Large Trapper, Moose, Stockman, Muskrat

Of the large styles produced in the 1970s and earlier, which patterns saw this trend, and what sizes were available? I've seen each in 4 1/4 and 5"-5 1/4, and the Trapper in 6", but can anyone help with more specifics?
