This is an old cutting die used to cut razor handles at BURRELL CUTLERY in 1940's. It was all rusted after going through two floods and a fire.

I’m not Wullie, but I think it’s pretty awesome! What types of materials would that have been used to cut?

btrwtr, the handle would be approximately 5 1/8”. Colonel26, most razor handles were celluloid during the 1940’s I believe. I took several pictures after I got it cleaned up a bit.
