Napanoch Real from Repro/Fake?

I'm still trying to learn how to tell the difference on these Napanochs. This one recently sold on eBay. I looked at the photos on the old threads and I still can't tell! Can anyone give some insight on this? I know I brought it up before on an old thread but the learning curve is high!
