Info on Case Brothers 1st Run

I have a Case Brothers commerative that came in a tin box and with a paper sleeve, photo below.
Can anyone tell me about this knife?
Is this a knife made by Queen?
Someone other than Case?
Approx age?
As always, any info is appreciated

red with jigging and laser cut long tail c.

That's a nice knife Johnnie.
I've never seen the long tail C laser cut into the handles like that before. Pretty cool.
