The wife and I went to a Gun & Knife show today and I bought several nice Bulldogs. I've only had time to take a couple of pics. I will try to take some more pics tomorrow. This first one is a 1993 Canoe.

Those are really nice Bulldogs James, Coonstripe. If the Whittler is a 1993, I think that is the first year they were made. That's a nice knife, a 4 inch Whittler with a thick 1/8 inch master blade, yeah, it has to be a 1993. The Canoe is nice also, 1 of 100. ::tu:: ::tu::

Coonstripe is one of the most stable handles that Bulldog ever made and that Whittler pattern is one of the finest constructed knifes they ever made. Thanks for showing them. ::tu::

Dang those cells are nice!................Almost makes me change my opinion of them. If they could just get that stuff stable, maybe the new celluloid is, I don't know.

That Ducks Unlimited is sweet!!!

Since Hukk is not on I will answer the question on the handles. Yes the Whittler is dark butter and molasses and the other is Dark Gold Dust. This is a difference between 1st generation and 2nd generation dark butter & molasses and 1st generation gold dust and 2nd & 3rd. Generation Dark Gold Dust. Here is a picture of 1st generation Dk. Butter&Molasses & 1st generation Gold Dust.
