It looks like a rehandle job to me. (Not bad, but I don't like the way the rocker pin heads haven't been peened.) The blades are quite worn and have been obviously victimized by a grinder (ugh!) and the scales look unused. If find it ironic that the seller states: "The Remington Pocket Knife has been carried and used over the Years and has a nice pocket worn feel to it." Maybe it's me, but I don't see any "pocket wear" at all on those scales.

I don't know Remingtons, either...but agree...that the wear on the right two blades doesn't appear consistent with the bone wear. I'm not sure they appear consistent with the two left blades, either.

Probably the funniest thing is they took it apart and forgot where the blades were supposed to go.
