All About Pocket Knives

Thought I would do a slightly different post here by putting up some fixed blade knives that are not too well known.Most of them have one or more features that are somewhat," unique". Whether that is an asset or a liability is open for discussion.
Anyway I hope you enjoy them and feel free to post any that you have that you feel might be considered,"unique".
#1 is a hunter by Alfred Williams of Sheffield (EBRO)with a really unusual one piece handle/guard/pommel made of brass with leather and fiber inserts that only go half way around the handle.What is strange is Goins lists the EBRO mark to A.Kastor & Bros. from 1904 to 1906.
#2 is a Craftsman hunter with a bear head pommel;supposedly in honor of Albert Baer.
#3 is the larger of two models of an E.G.Waterman knife circa WWII. Although they were not military issue they were available to troops supposedly at PX's.Using a steel ring to hold the handle on,it usually either broke or got lost which made for a very poor design.The smaller model had a fish scaler spine.
#4 is an Estwing(known for their axes)hunter that may have been made by Western.
#5 A German knife by E.DeLashmutt & Co. that looks very much like a USA made knife.No info on this company.
#6 is a 2 knife set by Gerber that the owner carved his initials into the sheath.
#7 is a hunter by Gerlach of Poland.I have only seen one other knife by them(a folder).
#8 is a hunter with a multi-purpose point by Harrison Bros. & Howson of Sheffield.Unusual to say the least.
#9 is a shell handled hunter by Imperial.Don't usually see shell handles on them.
#10 is an Imperial Sportmaster with an applied coating of tungsten carbide to the edge.Not sure how you would ever sharpen it as tungsten carbide is second only to diamond in hardness.

#1 is a thistle handled hunter made for Iver Johnson Sporting Goods Co. of Boston by J.Russell Green River Works.They also made firearms.
#2 & #3 are by J.Hellberg Sweden.The first one has the stamping on the left side of the blade and a shield on the right handle.The second has a nicely carved ebony handle.
#4 is a small bowie hunter by M.Cromwell Criterion.Goins lists the name but no info.
#5 is an unusually shaped hunter by Olsen Germany
#6 is a PAL RH36 that someone added a custom stag handle.
#7 is a small Ranger hunter. It has the same patent #'s as a Western so I would assume that was who made the knife.
#8 is a Robeson that I believe was military issue during WWII
#9 is a Valor Mustang;the first skeletonized production knife I have seen.
#10 is stamped "Western Auto Supply" which was a hardware chain in the 1950's.I bought my first new bicycle at one.

So I'm finished;any of you got any "seldom seen" knives to show?

#10 A mystery knife.Blade has been ground down on both sides.Thought it was a 225Q but the fuller is wrong.

#10 is definitely not a quartermaster, the pommel is completely wrong, maybe from Solingen.

My first thought was that 10 was a Pal RH36. But ricasso is wrong. The pommel is not quite right either. But I’ve seen that pommel before. I’ll look tonight at my deck knives and see who made it.
